REVIEW about the quality control --ACTION QUALITY CONTROL

This is the early vision. it is not good. the problem is the cloth that not really followed the body , and the running foot is strange . so this short looks not believable. just out of control. I was thinking for this problem. finally , I think it was caused by the working process. I draw the whole thing at on time, just has a rough animated sketch, then I cleaned it in flash. 

I need to draw the every element in every single time. first to draw the running .

after finished the running action in side show. I stared to draw the folder and cloth.

then I got the understanding of running with this position. I can draw the shot.

The shot is sc-10. As you see the character was running and also the camera turn around. I redraw the whole shot, and use the thinking " one time one thing" as a tool.

It was the process I making for quality control.
