In this time animation production process, the challenge I have met were in these areas: a.time management b. technique problem c.software problem. d.the finished quality. In the production section, I already made a full time management in GANTT CHART,the ganttchart was greatly helpful. When I draw the animation character in flash , it was a difficult control part . for solve the problem, I planed to use two software for line work. Tv PAINT and flash. because the line in tv paint is much easier to control than it in flash cs4. I make the draft free drawing in tvpaint to keep the feeling, and then clean up in flash twice for nice line quality. the idea was come from my study experience during the BA animation degree course.my second year work was made in flash , it is limited by shape feeling. and the final degree animation was made in tv paint, it is limited by line quality. so that is why I choose both of them. in the animation section, I always feel that it will be very hard to consider several idea or part in one time drawing. As martin said, out brain will do one thing in once. I planed my produce step by step. I celebrate lots of layers works form a whole work. it will not waste my time, but improved the quality of animation.
