difficult short sc-12 and sc-13( run,fall, hold,& folder , wood board explode, abustract motion)

Rough anima for the shorts  and I put the thinking way here to give me a guide for tomorrow animate.

shorts update

I aimed to make a stonger visual impact. so I compains the short sc-12 and sc-13  together  into one short.

rough idea , I want make the it looks like a crazy abstruct motion.

final clean up and color , I add more interesting effect . it will also add texture and blur in AE when the composition.

This is the boy will turn its body to catch the spirit

it is a good simple for me to see as a guide, good motion turn to another one, NECE TRANSFORM and good rhythm , also the shape is clean and SHARP.

first point climb and face design

I clean up the structure for drawing a long movement.

it will be used in the closer short for showing the face of boy.

jump short

As the jumping short was too borning in this animation, I make it into a more interesting way, but also harder to make. the angle of camera and big movement was what I need. it will be a move short, the long short.

use sketch up model to give a guide. the first image was good to make a long short, but the perspective will be selected as image 2.

I draw the spirit in a reasonable way.

TOWER MODEL UPDATE!I added more details and windows on the body of tower. it reduced the difficult part . it will be used for camera project.

In this shorts, the spirit will show its power and speed. and I drawing the animation first , then I hope to ask Martin for effect problem. I design it to be an extremely strong impact in this shot. Think it as an abstract motion .

Still flash!

The tvpaint has a big color problem for me. It's difficult to make the color field to be cleaned. So I make a rough animation in TV PAINT. And then clean up in FLASH. But the line in flash is difficult to curtail. 

There is a very very hard thinking in the drawing process. My brain cannot work easier for 1. Remember to " CTRL +S " 2. Drawing color line 3. Make sure the color line is fit for structure. When the three things must do in one second, my heart feeling very hard for breath. 

But I remember a way to solve the mass problem. That is, work one thing at one time. So I decide to draw head firstly, when it was finished . Then drawing the first folder . What was amazing for me , it finally works. And I can breath again.

 

So I still use TV PAINT + flash to make animation line works and color in flash.

Final Color sheet !

In this character color test, I found the first designed color is not fit for the spirit of the character. Because the character is a climber , he owns strong will, but the original color gives me a weak feeling. As my research shows that, the main character will have red , blue and yellow , the color will no more three kinds of colors. 

The reference is similar to my character , it influences my color design.
